MB-EC04AT
The MB-EC04AT Ethernet Extender Transceiver is a compact media converter that allows 10/100 Base-T
Ethernet to be transmitted using a single 75-ohm coax cable . it allows up to four CCTV IP-cameras to be
connected over extended distance. The MB-EC04AT supports IP cameras up to 1000 ft (300m) at 90 Mbps
and up to 6560ft (2km) at 35Mbps in a point-to-point configuration .These devices are often used in legacy
installations where existing cable is re-deployed as part of an upgrade to IP cameras .
The product works with MB-EC01AR and the power consumption is low enough. The maximum distance
depends on the grade of coax cable .These transceivers are extremely simple to use, with no IP or MAC
addressing required.
